Alex Park is a streetscape and architecture photographer born and raised in Los Angeles. A son of two Korean immigrants with a background in political science, he has been interested in using his photography to showcase both the confusing absurdities and vast beauty of our algorithm-fueled, late-stage capitalist society deep in the polycrisis.

An explorer and the intersection of culture, society, psychology, and history, he aims to understand the human condition in a time of profound change and uncertainty. With grounded empathy and consideration of the big picture through personal stories, he ponders, “What does it mean to be a human in a society we’ve built but weren’t evolved for?”.
